  • No Cancellations: Cancellation requests are not accepted. Confirmed bookings proceed as agreed once advance payment is received.

  • Tent House & Cutlery: Not included. Customers must arrange tent house/shamiana and guest dining cutlery or disposables separately.

  • Claims: We are not responsible for claims.
